Great way keep up with your patients' medical histories

I like how it is easy to use for both patient portal users as well as non-portal users. It's also nice because it allows us to track all of our appointments in one place. The only thing about this program is that sometimes it doesn't update right away so we have to manually go into each appointment to double check if everything was updated correctly. If you are looking for something simple yet effective then this would be great! We've been able to streamline our workflow when it comes to…

  • Easy interface makes getting information quick.
  • Very user friendly compared with other options out there, especially those made specifically by healthcare facilities themselves (iHealth has become pretty stale over time)
  • Can schedule any kind or type visit/procedure using their system; including refills etc
Cons
  • When adding new visits they always seem slightly off from what actually happened

Excellent Medical & Patient Record Software

I like how easy it is to use and how the software allows me to easily manage all of my patients medical records. It also helps us stay organized by keeping all of our patient information in one place. There is not much I dislike about this software. If there was anything that could be improved upon it would be the ability to have more customization options for the layout of the software. Software Integration with Practice Partner

Their customer service is unparalleled! I really appreciate how they listen to us when we have concerns or questions about our accounts for their software applications as well. They are always willing & able to address any issue right away no matter what stage of implementation it may be in. The integration between my billing application (Healthworks) was seamless which made day 2 so much easier than expected!! Great tool that has many ways and uses

I like how easy it is to use all of their features which helps me be more productive in my day job as well! It's not too difficult for someone who isn't tech savvy at first but there are instructions everywhere so don’t worry about getting overwhelmed right away!! The customer service team over chat/phone was great especially when we were having an issue or question because they would get back within minutes (and sometimes seconds) if even just checking into our problem from afar via email…
