Review on 🔧 Enhance Performance with Trans-Dapt 1028 Performance FILTER BASE ADP by Jason Daves

I was planning to do a transmission flush on two of my cars so I decided to install this filter adapter and a good hydraulic filter to prolong the life of my transmissions. I installed the adapter on the first machine and had a small leak. I thought maybe the hardware wasn't tight or loose so I cleared the area and started the car. I saw that the leak was through the cast. I removed the adapter and saw that there was a hairline crack or crack in the casting. Unfortunately I had a second adapter to replace the broken one. But when I screwed it on, one of the holes didn't line up with where I screwed the faulty one. There were also some burrs and some loose metal left over from machining that I had to remove for fear it would chip off and get into my gearbox. The second adapter works fine but the quality is poor and now I'm a little scared. how well it holds up.
