Simple and inexpensive. Exactly what I was looking for. This is a quality product consisting of a simple bracket and threaded nipple. Works as expected and the price is right.

I have used them on cars several times. This time it was a unique application as an external secondary solvent filter in a circulating parts washer. Works perfectly and conforms to Ford 51515 or PH8A standard. I had no problems with it: fit, finish and quality were ok, definitely right for the application. I am very happy with Revain's value for money for the TransDapt part. I don't think it's available for a cheaper price anywhere else.

Fit and finish of the mount is good. I tow a small toy tractor. I have supplemented this in series with an additional transmission cooler. I will change this filter with every oil change to keep the transmission oil clean. I deducted a star because the filter bracket does not come with 3/8 and 3/4 NPT barbed fittings for connecting hoses to the bracket. They're not easy to find. I was planning to do a transmission flush on two of my cars so I decided to install this filter adapter and a good hydraulic filter to prolong the life of my transmissions. I installed the adapter on the first machine and had a small leak. I thought maybe the hardware wasn't tight or loose so I cleared the area and started the car.
