ROPALIA is a company that specializes in beauty and personal care products, as well as foot, hand, and nail care, nail art, and polish, and as a beauty enthusiast, I was delighted to try out their products. I'm sorry to say that my time spent with the company was marred by such severe dissatisfaction. To begin, when compared to other brands now available on the market, the quality of their goods is significantly lower. Their nail polishes were streaky and difficult to apply, and their hand lotions did little to alleviate the dryness in my skin. I would not recommend either of their products. In addition, the nail art accessories that they provided were extremely limited and lacked creativity. In addition to that, the quality of their customer assistance was quite lacking. When I contacted their customer service staff with a question about a product, it took them many days to answer, and even after they did, their response was ineffective and did not address any of my concerns. In general, I am unable to endorse ROPALIA as a firm that specializes in beauty and personal care products. Their items are, at best, just average, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There are a great number of alternative brands available on the market that are more suited to match your requirements if you are looking for beauty goods of a high grade.
