First let me say this printer is awesome. I've had several 3D printers and the CR-10s is as good as a printer that costs 3-4 times the price. The open-source nature of the printer allows you to modify and update the printer as you wish, but it's definitely not required to achieve fantastic print quality. Second, HICTOP was fantastic. My printer had a loose screw that I thought was missing. I contacted HICTOP and asked for a replacement screw. A screw was easy to find at the hardware store, but HICTOP immediately offered to reimburse me for the screw. The screw was still in the box! I also had an issue with one of the Z-axis couplings, which I was not tightening properly, causing it to stretch too much. I contacted HICTOP again and they immediately sent me two replacement clutches. Now to my latest release. Most older Creality CR-10S motherboards come with an undersized capacitor, which can lead to print quality issues and even a potential fire hazard. Another email to HICTOP and another fantastic and quick reply. Replace HICTOP motherboard for free! To be honest, I didn't expect that and I'm very satisfied! HICTOP support has responded very quickly and strives to keep their customers happy. If you are looking for another brand of CR-10 or CR-10S. DO NOT DO THAT! Go with HICTOP!
