I love that you can do almost anything from anywhere with this app! It's easy enough even my 9 year old son uses it sometimes (he has autism).

There are some things they could improve like maybe an easier way when sending in reports or making appointments? But other than those minor issues its been good!! We've noticed more customers coming into our vets office because people have access outside their homes while working so we're able see them at any time which makes everyone happy ;) The benefits include being mobile/outdoor focused without having GPS capabilities but still be connected & keep up-to date w clients info via email alerts etc.. Great product if your looking forward easeing home health concerns especially during COVID19 times where most offices require social distancing between employees due too safety reasons - not all employers allow remote work yet though there is no downside really since everything.
