Packs a weak punch

I bought this electric punch to help organize a large library of graphic clippings, design items and gardening in Florida. I didn't want anything crappy, but I didn't need a top-notch professional hole punch either; it seemed like a comfortable price range. Unfortunately, the mechanism jammed after just a few uses - and got stuck. I've made several requests for a return label, but something seems to be stuck in the system as well. So it sat in a box in the closet, waiting for me to take the time to track down the papers - again!
