Attempting to call customer service. That does not work. Had to download "WhatsApp" to contact customer service. You were no help. It takes a day for them to get back to you for any reason. They scheduled a video call and then told you their phone was broken and they had to call you later. Then they say they can't now because nobody speaks English. (Obviously an application is used to translate text, which is terrible.) And nobody can give you any useful information, only there is no connection back and forth. Now I'm an aircraft and locomotive mechanic who has specialized in electrical troubleshooting for over 20 years and I'll be done in two weeks. I will order and return a brand other than hansshow. Life is too short to deal with it.
