2011 eclave worked well for 30 min. Install as soon as you know which one is bad. Played with the controls and watched them move to eliminate. Note. Defrost for ventilation of the floor on the passenger side, remove the glove box, from the two it is visible closer to the front of the car. Use a 1/4" torx bit with tape wrapped around the bit to make it strong on the smallest 1/4" ratchet you have. Note that this gets the job done in less than 1/2 hour. Clean the cabin filter while it's there behind the glove box.
