Not happy with this purchase. Every time I use Skype or Zoom I have to unplug and plug it back in for the app to recognize the camera, otherwise the app thinks there is no camera. Very annoying because you forget you have to do it, but other than that it works. I don't know if it's hardware or software drivers. I don't even know where to get updated drivers. Maybe I should have gone for a better known brand. UPDATE: After a month of fuzzing it now works without turning off the camera. Some software update must have fixed the problem. The video quality is really good. Now happy.
