This is the second camera I've bought where the built in mic has terrible sound but it could be my car . A more serious issue is that the camera appears to be "wide angle" and creates a fisheye effect when the background behind me wraps around me. This is not a flat image at all.

Thanks for the fast shipping. I received the product in a day and just in time for an online streaming course. The picture is clear and my classmates said they could see me clearly. It's pretty easy to install and works great with my MacBook Pro. The only thing I can complain about is the packaging. It seems too cheap for such a high quality product.

I wanted to record something for YouTube and it's only 30fps which is very choppy. If you want clean video, this is not what you need. If you just want people to see what's on your page, this will work. The sound is not very good, I have the sound recording on at full power and have to speak very loudly for the sound to pick up. Not very stable on screen and has a very short USB cable. Very easy to set up; just connect. waste of money for me.

Use this webcam for a few days. It has helped me and my family during these difficult LFH/WFH days. It was able to provide high quality video/audio for my family's Zoom/Teams meetings. The wide-angle lens provides clear images even in low light. The built-in microphone might not be the best, but for regular online meetings it's enough and gets the job done. Not happy with this purchase. Every time I use Skype or Zoom I have to unplug and plug it back in for the app to recognize the camera, otherwise the app thinks there is no camera.
