Advantages: 1. Received the items on time.2. Loved the size and resulting views.3. Seems very sturdy.4. The price was great compared to the factory GMC mirror. Cons: 1. They had to be plug and go. No, I took it to a dealership, it took 3 hours to install. The connector was not connected to the cables. The wires were bare. FYI - my brother in law works at a dealership and a friend who is in his 30s fitted mirrors. I paid more for the installation than it cost to buy the mirrors.2. These mirrors should fold to the truck. You are not. I looked online for instructions and also tried to fold them myself but didn't want to break them. The biggest disappointment is that they are not stackable. I need to find a big car wash to wash my 2014 GMC 3/4 ton diesel truck because I will cut them at a regular car wash.
