Exactly what I was hoping for - perfect size and good quality. I need them for the work I do steaming takeout food. These pans allow you to cook generous portions that last a few seconds or the next day's lunch for a little "leftover". -- I usually wish aluminum pans like these were a little stronger, and this one does too, but -- I double them, which is what professional catering companies have done in the past, so I always assume I'll use them going to need to double them. They work great - and I'm ordering more now.
