Review on Lenovo L27M 28: 27-Inch FreeSync Monitor with USB Hub and Anti-Glare Coating - Perfect for Wall Mounting and Tilt Adjustment by Scott Lindner

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Big, thin, light, easy to assemble

I use a three monitor setup for my desktop and previously I used three 21 inch monitors. The middle one was a 'custom model', meaning it was slightly different in style to the two on the sides. needs to be replaced. There's a lot to like about this monitor, but a few caveats depending on your needs. What is good? 1. Large. Wow. 2. Almost no edges. Looks great. , lightweight for its size 5. Easy to assemble 6. Multiple connectivity options - VGA, HDMI, USB-C7. I was able to stuff it on a table with two other 21-inch monitors by tilting them slightly. Wonderful! What is not so good/must be considered? 1. The resolution is not high. If your surrounding screens are higher, you might not be happy to see Pixel2. No borders at the top means a webcam covers a small part of your view3. The settings menu system is not very intuitive. Trying to go forward, backward, choose -/+ difficult.4. I couldn't get any of my USB webcams (2/3) to work through the rear USB ports5. The base is quite large front/back to handle the size/top of a monitor of this size6. The power button LED on the front is quite bright and cannot be switched off. I notice that I am looking at a point. It's well made, at a great price, and as long as you don't have to sit "too" close, it looks good. Now I want to upgrade to a 4K monitor. It helps me with the constant video conferences I do and see everyone a little bit more.
