Great Product, Customer Service to Match.

My Wife and I purchased this trampoline for our children in June 2017. Being leery of trampolines I did quite a bit of research, mainly focusing on safety as my main concern. One brand kept being mentioned in lists and articles regarding well built, safest trampolines on the market.Zupapa. My decision was made and I ordered the 15ft. model. The product was delivered very quickly and the packaging kept all the parts damage free in shipping. Assembly time was right around what I expected, 4/5 hours. Remember, you are assembly a big piece of equipment, its going to take a bit of time.but that was 4/5 hours of continuous work. No hiccups or hang ups holding the job up, which is due to very easy and precise instructions that are included in the packaging. Once assembled you can see and feel what others base such positive reviews on. The Zupapa Trampoline just feels a lot sturdier than most others I have been around. The quality of the trampoline gave me confidence that my children were using a very safe piece of equipment and any injuries would not result from poor manufacturing or faulty pieces. In short, once assembled this trampoline feels like a tank, SOLID. If someone asks what trampoline they should purchase, without hesitation I tell them Zupapa. The quality of this product made someone who was not quite sold on trampolines, always viewed them as dangerous, become someone who suggests other get one as a way to motivate their kids to get outside and have some old fashioned fun instead of playing video games inside on the couch, Fast forward to the Winter of 17/18. Northeast US got snow storm after snow storm. Prior to the season I did not remove the protective netting (which I will be doing next winter) and during a few windy Nor'easters three of the poles holding the netting bent. This should not be a reflection on the hardware, I am talking about sustained 60 mile an hour winds during an especially hairy storm which brought down massive oak trees and reached havoc for a few days. After the clean-up I pulled out the trampoline manual in hopes of finding some contact info to inquire about replacement parts. I came across an email address, maxlead.us@gmail.com. This email is the key and is where I met Eda. Within hours of sending an email to the address above Eda responded. Eda and I corresponded back and forth until she was perfectly clear on what parts were damaged and how many I would need to replace those holding up the protective netting. At this point my Family and I left town for a few days on a quick get away, no joke, all the while thinking that upon my return I need to finalize everything with Eda so I can get the trampoline fixed as the Seasons are finally changing and the kids are itching to get out after a long winter. Well to my surprise, on our return there is a big box at my house from Max Lead and inside are all the parts I need to repair the Trampoline as well as extras! No cost for the parts, no cost for the shipping.Eda just got the job done. We had our first real "Spring" day this past Saturday and I quickly replaced the bent poles and cleaned up the trampoline, a few minutes later the kids were doing flips and twists for the rest of the afternoon. If you are on the fence as to what type of trampoline to purchase and the Zupapa falls into your price range, don't hesitate and just get this one. There is absolutely no way you will be disappointed and now that I know how amazing their customer support is it adds so much more confidence in my choice of product. Thanks to Zupapa for the great product, Thanks Max Lead for great customer service and prompt service but most of all thanks you Eda for the great job you did.your efforts are greatly appreciated. Guess whats happening today, yep, were getting six more inches of snow.
