The additional evaporator head was not equipped with a filter, so the evaporator nozzle was constantly clogged.
The original gun worked well and had a small filter where the suction tube connects to the cap. I used this backup block while the other was soaked and kept clogging my nozzle despite using the same color mix. I even use a filter before pouring paint into a canister. I changed gun heads the next day and it worked much better. I took them apart to see what the difference is. There was no filter and the tips are very tight when screwed. Don't plan on using the head with an original Yattich pistol.
