Review on 🍡 2.5 Quart Whistling Stainless Steel Diamond Pattern Tea Kettle: Wood Grain Handle & Stylish Nylon Cover by Janet Scollins

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Lightweight kettle suitable for dishes

Given the list price, I expected a higher quality kettle. Pros: The matte black is quite nice and looks good on my black and white panel. The small, lightweight size makes it easy to handle and pour. The small, lightweight size also makes filling difficult because ironically, as someone with hand tremors, I find it harder to hold steady than a heavy kettle. However, this is an uncommon problem. I'm leaving it there though, just in case it's useful to other potential buyers. The wood on the handle is fake and looks like it, but it looks good enough sitting on my stovetop. But if you're looking for a good kettle, look elsewhere. It works, but doesn't last long and isn't worth the price. This is the quality of kettles I see in dollar stores for fifteen bucks or less. There are other discount stores that sell MUCH higher quality teapots for less than this price and I suggest you buy the teapot in person if you can. Based on the description and the price, I assumed that this kettle was more powerful and of higher quality. It looks good enough though, and again the matte black suits my kitchen really well, giving it a fair three-star rating. Added: it works. That's all. It takes so long for the water to heat up! That's because it's so easy. I can't recommend this kettle unless it's around five bucks! Added: It's only been a month and this kettle needs replacing as the bottom has started leaking. Just don't buy!
