DOES WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO
I am pleased that they are definitely blackout curtains and I'm certain they will keep the Texas heat out so overall I'm pleased. The hooks were quite stiff and 2 broke as soon as I tried to open them. I guess this is a common problem because I had enough working hooks so they must just automatically give extras, which I appreciate. There are a few stains or discoloration on the back of them in spots. The picture is just one example. It isn't bad enough to return but I am a little disappointed. Overall, I am happy.
