I am satisfied with the quality of the video from the camera, it is mainly used for live broadcasting and joking with friends online. There's no software, but the image quality is good enough for $29.99. If you're using the OBS streaming software, you can use the camera's built-in settings to set it to a "good enough" point to get a tiny live image of your face for your 2 viewers. In my opinion, it's also a decent looking camera from the outside. But that doesn't change the next problem. My problem is that the cable is cheaply made. I am concerned that my product will soon stop working as a result. I've had this product for about 2 weeks and ANY MOVEMENT of the cable near the USB port will cause the computer to disconnect/reconnect the device. You'll hear a notification about it with Windows device alerts. When this happens, any software you are using the camera with will freeze and need to be reset in order for the camera to register again. Extremely disappointing and almost unusable. The banging of the table caused this for me, so I had to stop what I was doing, turn off the video streaming software and restart. The rating will be updated when the issue is resolved / the company contacts you. 5/12/2020 EDIT No response from company yet. I haven't moved the camera since I first installed it and someone else had the problem even worse. Now the camera "disconnects" and reconnects (by itself) without even touching it. This happened more than 10 times in a 30 minute video call. The camera is completely useless and I don't seem to have $30. Thank god it's only $30 but I could have spent it on a better camera. live and learn AVOID THIS PRODUCT IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PLAY. There is no contact with the seller. Edit 1/24/2021 The camera has officially stopped turning on fully. I asked for a refund from Revain and oddly 2 days later I had a brand new camera on my doorstep. Not sure why/how I got another one. Here's the kicker, now the new one turns on where the old one isn't turning on yet, but the new one also randomly turns off like the old one. 2 in a row that just won't plug in and work and just want to work.
