I was looking for a game to entertain my family (two young adults and their parents). I wanted something alive that would catch their attention. We have a lot of long games, but I was looking for a 30-minute game that takes us away from everything. That's it! Even mine is. Both kids came to the table grumbling but within 10 minutes we were all laughing! In fact, they insisted on a second game after I won the first one (hahaha). This game has insanely changing rules. At some point we couldn't pronounce each other's names. Later we had to speak with accents. When the king was played in the first game, we had to get up. In the second, we had to tell others what we dug up while playing spades. The concept is simple: the first player to play all their cards wins. You can customize the color or value of the card. It took half a game to figure out what to do with the special cards, but that's what makes this game so explosive. This game is good for those who are old enough to deal with a game where they say 'crappy' throughout the game. Great game to take your mind off loneliness.
