price was great. Received the block in new packaging. Came with manual and simple instructions. Easily installed and replaced my old Kenwood amp. Sounds good but only lasted a few days and started turning on and off. checked all connections and everything was fine. appears to be overheating because it only works when it's below freezing outside. If the temperature rises above freezing or during the day, it will not burn. called customer service and since it will happen before 90 days is up they will replace it but after 90 days you are SOL. Not only that, Ematic makes me pay for shipping back to California and now it's costing me more than I expected. They believe they will support their products and if they are defective they will pay for the return shipping and send me a replacement. Not cool, buyers beware. They claim that it will take 6-8 weeks for a replacement to be shipped after you receive the defective one. This company sucks! I will never buy from them again. I just want my money back. Hug! Nine weeks have passed and still no replacement. Customer service is terrible. No, he seems to care and keeps getting excuses. I think I should say goodbye to my money
