They fit and work, but.
My 2004 Ford F150 5.4 engine had straight spark plug boots and a terminal at the top of the coil. They came with angled boots and the connector was on the side. After a bit of rewiring I got it working. It's against my norm as I'm a perfectionist when it comes to car repairs but decided to give it a try anyway. They are listed as 'fitting' my car and yes they will fit and have taken care of the occasional misfire issues I've had but be aware they don't fit from the factory and it took a bit of effort to fix them to install.
