Just use this 700w HVLP sprayer to spray sealant on your decking. As you know, caulking is almost like spraying water. I used a 1.2 nozzle and kept the trigger travel to a minimum to control the sealant flow rate. This little atomizer did a damn good job with minimal drips and drips. It spat from time to time when you first pull the trigger after refilling, so I'd suggest giving the test board a little squirt before getting back to work. This is the only complaint I have, but all air sprayers of this type can do this. It's not a problem, it's just something you need to be aware of. Overall, this little sprayer is easy to use and clean. If you are looking for a great paint sprayer look no further. It is inexpensive and will not leave you indifferent.
