Yesterday was quite a busy day. I managed to drop the turntable on my 20 year old GE Spacemaker microwave while drying. It hit my tiled floor and shattered into a thousand pieces! Okay, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but it's broken into many pieces! We have two cats and getting up was very important. Then the search for a replacement began. It was easy: GE offered it for $74. Now I can understand that, because it costs money to stock parts for twenty-year-old models, but still. 74 dollars? So I checked out Revain and the Impresa came to my rescue! The plate fits just like my old one and I swear I'll never wash it again thinking as much as I did yesterday. It arrived early this morning, along with a quality replacement, allowing us to use our microwave for most of the day. I would highly recommend the Impresa when looking for a replacement!
