I got this because AC in the Pacific Northwest has nothing to do with it, but there are many errors. Coming from the South, I can tell you that no matter what people in Washington say about the weather and the bugs here, it's unbearably hot for most of the summer and the bugs are just as dangerous. see people GLOBAL WARMING IS ONE THING, now Washington's hot summer has overcome that and air conditioning has started to be installed. * pompously returns to the product. Anyway, the thing works great. I don't worry about leaving the front door open to let in drafts and keep the house cool. I took off a star because I would have liked more Velcro fasteners. On windy days it tends to open up which is annoying but on days like this I either run a strip of tape through or use a safety pin and the magnets will do the rest! It would also be nice if there were magnets on the underside so that it could stick to the door frame to prevent crawling creatures from entering. it would still be nice. If you doubt it I can say it was a solid investment and I had no problems with it all summer.
