Great support! in external components
I bought six of these devices last October. Everything installed and working great. Then, in the first quarter of this year, one of the transmitters failed. I call it electronic infant mortality. If the box works for six months, it will work for a long time. Contacted tech support and in short, they quickly agreed to replace the device. I sent the defective unit back and it was quickly replaced. No problem. The replacement unit was installed and all six are working properly. It's the kind of support you always hope for but don't always get.
