I had a window with a small leak. That wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't live in Northwest Washington State. Right now I don't have the time or resources to rip it out and reseal it, especially since the materials in the wall will likely need to be replaced. So I decided on a temporary solution: I installed a strip of this gutter over the problematic window. It's been raining 'cats and dogs' for the past few weeks and I'm happy to report that the wall below the window has stayed dry to the bone. Crisis averted! So I'm going to fix the window seal now and replace the inner wall later if it fits.
