One thing that I really appreciated about these lift support struts is just how easy they were to install. I'm not the most mechanically inclined person, but I was able to get these struts installed without any issues. The instructions were clear and the whole process only took me about 30 minutes. In terms of performance, these lift support struts did an excellent job of holding up the rear hatch on my Chevy Suburban. I've had issues in the past with the hatch sagging, but these struts kept it up firmly and securely. They also had a nice smooth action when opening and closing the hatch. The only reason I didn't give these lift support struts a full 5 stars is that I did have a bit of trouble getting the right level of tension when installing them. I followed the included instructions, but I had to make a few adjustments before they were working just right. Overall, I would highly recommend these lift support struts for anyone looking to replace the rear left power hatch on their Chevy Suburban, Tahoe, GMC Yukon, or Cadillac Escalade. They're easy to install, perform well, and are reasonably priced.
