I play golf in the mid 90's. My setup has always been brutal, to say the least. I have a feeling my mechanics were solid, but there was no certainty. I was considering buying another racquet to make a quick decision but I always wanted to try the mallet style racquet and since it was a budget racquet I figured why not. THE BEST I could do! I'm not a good enough player to say it's because of balance, feel, hammer type, etc. All I know is that I turned a lot of 3's into 2's and a lot of those 2's were touches. I think the biggest difference for me was the "line of sight" on the head. As soon as I align these with my leash, I forget the direction and can focus 100% on the distance. I'm not sure if this method will work for others, but a carefree approach to the green will certainly make it more enjoyable. If you are reading this review, consider buying this racket. It costs less than a game of golf and is the only club you use for every hole. If you buy it I hope it will help you as much as it has helped me.
