The software is easy enought to use, but it's not too easy if you're new at this type of thing! If a new user doesn't know what they're doing it can be confusing. If you have someone else who can help guide them through it helps! We are able to send surveys to our customers, respond directly to their questions from within the system. This cuts out having to do paperwork in Excel & makes my life easier! I like how easy it is to use. It's user friendly and has all of the bells and whistles you can ask for in a complaint management software. Nothing at this time. I would say that I am pleased with the overall functionality of Everest 7. We have had a great experience so far and we are happy to continue using it. We are able to keep track of our complaints and resolve them quickly.
