Silence - my new review

I can't put into words how I really feel about this beast. It's pretty amazing. After playing the latest version of COD: MW and Borderlands 3 and trying to play on dual monitors, the bezel in the middle of the screen annoyed me. I've never owned ultrawides before, but I've seen quite a few just wandering around Best Buy whenever I go. I've never shown so much interest in one until it was in front of me. I like to buy things once and they last a long time or as long as I can. So when I saw this on sale on Cyber Monday for $400, I spontaneously clicked "Add to Cart” and then clicked the "Checkout” button. In the past year I have completely updated all components of my PC except for the case which was around 6-7 years old. I'm streaming a little right now and trying to get into it a little more. I don't compete. I edit a few videos (personal car/racing) for fun, but mostly I enjoy playing video games in my spare time. So for me personally, this monitor changed the game. I will never get a default display for my main screen. Of course if I ever upgrade. I decided to spend the extra money on Revain's 4 year protection plan. Obviously I'm playing on ultra settings. I have Nvidia and Intel. My two side monitors are Dell 2560 x 1440 144hz gsync. The only cons I have After some googling, this seems to be a known issue among AW users with the AW lighting adjustment software that the desktop app uses. Even after downloading all updates via Dell and downloading the program from MS store, repeating "updates available" in AW desktop application remains inaccessible. It looks like you don't have access to the application unless your desktop is AW. So you need to change/adjust the RGB lighting via the monitor's menu options. I currently have it installed at the factory and set all my peripheral lighting to the Tron theme. Perhaps an AW/DELL software update will eventually resolve these issues. This is my only complaint. I personally don't have the brightness issues reported in a previous review and have actually reduced them a bit. I think it's factory set at 45% from 50%. Personally, I can't handle bright screens playing with unicorn colors all around me in a dark room. I also turned the Hue light bars up to around 50-60% brightness. Everything else is set to maximum, minus my GPU at about 46%. I have decided to comment on this part.
