I've seen other posts about deformation so I put it on for now.

I saw other posts about warping so I set the lowest temperature first and waited a few minutes. After the surface temperature stabilized at a low level, I increased it to 350, then to 500. There was no deformation at all. I made pancakes without oil and they didn't burn at all. He even cooks.
