Holy Cow! My floors look like new! I was hoping this product would work but doubted that something so cheap would solve my grout problem. I have been bleaching and mopping my floor for years and have never been able to restore it to its original condition. I would like before and after photos but can only post afterwards. You look great. The pen was very easy to use. My bathroom is medium sized and it took about 3 1/2 handles to complete. I'm not sure how they will hold up over time but even if I had to repeat it once or twice a year it would be worth it. My bathroom was previously very clean but just didn't look grouty. Now it looks fresh and clean.
