I had to dig four of them out of the hole before I could get any of them to work properly. When screwing in, they missed the thread in the hole and ended up in a gap. About halfway there is a well taut thread, then a thread is skipped, and then there is a well taut thread again. The new screw was only screwed in up to the gap. Also, the stake seemed to be too big for the hole. He pushed while screwing. The new screw was not screwed into the insert before installation because the inner diameter was too large. I've used other brands where the insertion tool was threaded and held the bit in place so it couldn't slip as much. Another brand had the inner diameter of the insert properly sized prior to installation.
