Review on D1080N Diablo 10 Inch Non Ferrous PermaShield by Bryan White

Lowe's didn't have a 10" non-ferrous cutting blade, so I bought a metal grinding wheel instead. I made a bevel cut in a 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/8" thick aluminum corner. I used Tap Magic Aluminum Fluid on the edge of the wheel. I had to stop a few times with each cut, to add liquid and the aluminum melted all over the rim of the wheel. The cut wasn't clean. Part of the rim had melted. I had to put on quite a bit. In the end I gave up and ordered this knife. It came today and what is the Difference!Didn't even notice it hit the metal!Edges The cuts were nice and shiny with virtually no burr.The beveled corners match up perfectly.I had to file a bit more as the edges were sharp.Must for my application I make sure it doesn't cut anyone or snag on the fabric, if that was going to happen on the floor of a truck or something I wouldn't apply.
