Terrible customer service experience. There's a long screw on the steering wheel that doesn't screw into anything. No assembly video. On June 19, 2018, the customer service person at MIR, a customer, complained that she was having trouble understanding what I was talking about and asked me to send her pictures of what I was talking about. I asked her to turn the steering wheel and tell me where the screw should go and she couldn't or couldn't answer the question and told me that she had several devices at her disposal. Serious? If it's hard for tech support to imagine, WHAT DOES THE RAZOR FIRST USER TECH SUPPORT WANT TO DO? CAN SUCH A BIG COMPANY FUNCTIONALLY NOT BE POSSIBLE TO POST A 2 MINUTE BUILD VIDEO ON YOUTUBE IN 2018? SERIOUSLY, THIS IS A CUSTOMER'S MAIN CONSIDERATION.
