If you cook or bake.

If you cook or bake at least 4-5 days a week, get this. And get the large quantity. It doesn't take up much room and the price is outstanding for what you get. Cheaper than buying parchment paper at the store and dealing with it not laying flat. I've cooked and baked professionally and I will buy again, once I get low.

Pros

I use this one to bake my cake, very easy to take off cake, paper still keep clean😄

Cons

The paper may not be compostable or biodegradable, leading to environmental harm
