If you cook or bake at least 4-5 days a week, get this. And get the large quantity. It doesn't take up much room and the price is outstanding for what you get. Cheaper than buying parchment paper at the store and dealing with it not laying flat. I've cooked and baked professionally and I will buy again, once I get low.
