Review on Ultimate 56HP Data Internal Modem: Unmatched Performance and Reliability by Robert Sisco

Recently I've been trying to install this modem for several days. I installed it on a new computer and even went to the trouble of reformatting my computer and reinstalling Windows XP. Even with a simple Windows XP install with no additional, possibly conflicting, software, I couldn't get this modem to work. Tech support was terrible too. They did not reply to my emails even though they promised they would reply within 3-5 business days. Also, I waited several hours and tried to speak to someone, ultimately to no avail. I purchased an internal V.90-V.92 fax modem from US Robotics and it was up and running in less than 15 minutes.
