This is a great addition to my truck and I am very pleased with the quality of the product as well as the customer service. my farm wagon. I haul everything from building materials to hay, wood to an old cider press and often use tethers. My old zip ties came with both rubber plugs and spring clips - both were cumbersome to install (and remove) and didn't hold heavy loads very well, relying primarily on friction for reliability. a bit as advertised. They are well made, strong and easy to install but have a great physical connection to the truck making them some of the strongest I have ever owned. ) - after the first two worked well, I ordered four more to fill the bed. One arrived with a factory defective clip and when I contacted Bull Ring they responded to my concerns responsibly (within hours), politely and promptly supplied a replacement - no questions asked, no hesitation. I am very happy with these and the company behind them and would recommend them to others.
