Good quality product.
Perfect fit and well made. Better made than the OEM, it has vents to cool the fan motor which the OEM didn't have. For people who bought this item and it didn't fit their Rav4. Get the 1st digit of the VIN, if it starts with J it is a Japanese built Rav4, any other 1st digit is either USA or Canada. Then go to the sign on the driver's door and find the vehicle code. The vehicle code starts with ASA42L-ANTMKA or similar. This is the code you need to get the part number from the Toyota website. Also note that this is for climate control and some RAV4s do not have this feature.
