Update: Problems with the product persist but the seller returned my money! Will not stick to the counter. Threading/work instructions are unclear, be prepared to google how to work, which is great if you can thread properly and can't skip stitches. The line counter is not working properly. It gets blocked on the second round of stitching and won't go any further. If this happens randomly it will click and be rough all the way, skipping stitches and you think the handle will break! I requested a refund on March 11th, the seller said they received it on March 17th and are processing my return. It is now March 28th, I am still waiting for a refund and cannot contact the seller or get Revain to help me get my refund! So I'm over 70.00 for this piece of shit! Do not buy!
