I almost sent it back because it didn't work. When unpacked everything looked fine, no problem. It's just a switch, right? I connected the electricity. No problem. I plugged in 5 ethernet cables, all connected with no problems. The only problem I had was no connection between any devices. I disabled the uplink and connected directly to one of the devices, a solid connection. I connected the same uplink to all devices separately and everything worked. The problem is in the switch. Well I reconnected the uplink to the switch and wiggled the cable a lot to see if it was a cable issue. When I did that the cable went about another 1/8"-out (high tech term) into the switch port and they all sat down and they all connected. Now it works fine but it persists the possibility that cables After the cable of the IAWO device had to be clicked in (see above), they can come loose and interrupt the connection.
