After we bought two different cheap sensors that made the problem worse, this Hitachi sensor finally fixed it. My 2006 Nissan Altima played every morning at startup. It gave out a P0340 camshaft sensor, so I started buying the cheapest sensor I could find. One cost $8.50 and the other $9.00 but it didn't fix the problem. On YouTube a mechanic said the Nissan Altima needed an OEM which is the Hitachi CPS0003 for $49 so I was hesitant at first but I went ahead and bought it and I'm so glad I did. Many Thanks.
