Very large! Holds a LOT!

MUCH larger than I expected and holds a LOT of oil! VERY easy to clean and strains well. I'm glad that I took the chance despite reviews saying that it wasn't large enough. Maybe if I was saving oil from frying a turkey but if I ate that much bacon I'd have bigger problems than the can not being large enough, lol! Seriously though, it held my entire 2.5qt pan of cooking oil after cooking.
