I ordered one of these assuming there were two in the pack as the description said 'sets' and there was one. So I ordered another one, no big deal, still a good price. One set was shipped in a box, the other in a padded envelope. The one in the envelope was crushed. I bent it back into shape, but I really have to slam the seat shut for it to snap into place. I would recommend sending them in boxes. This would be a five star rating.
