Review on Prym 218489 Ergonomic Crochet Hook for Wool - 7mm, 17cm by Heather Shaw

I bought this hook from PRYM after watching a YouTube video of a woman I'm following while crocheting. She criticized them and liked them. I bought two hoping they would work for me as I have tendonitis at the base of my thumb. I grabbed my yarn and went to work and only did about 3 rows before I had to leave. I knew right away that this wasn't for me, but I decided to give it a chance. No, the major part that should keep your fingers from closing tight is too far from the end of the hook to work for me. It seems awkward at best. If the post leading to the hook was about an inch shorter it would probably work for me. Again, it's me, not you. They have free returns, so I'll do it this week. By the way, I found them for half price at a local craft store. UPDATE: You do NOT have free returns. I am being charged almost $4 for return postage AND it is not shipped by UPS so now I have to go to the post office after I print the return label. I recommend you go to the MIchaels store and buy them at half price so you can return them immediately if you don't like them.
