5 stars for Potek customer service; I have not had the opportunity to use an inverter, but my experience with this company's customer service has been second to none. I bought this inverter in April and after installing and testing it on my solar RV system everything was fine. I didn't get a chance to drive the van so the unit sat unused until July. Before planning my trip I checked all the systems in the RV and the inverter was alarming for no apparent reason. After troubleshooting and contacting a technician, we realized something was wrong with the inverter. I was very concerned because I had planned a trip a few weeks in advance and figured I would probably have to buy a new inverter and write off "Drip" as a loss to go on the trip as planned. I contacted Potek expecting to have to ship the faulty inverter to fix the problem and so on. No, they immediately sent a new replacement inverter which arrived before my scheduled trip. The exchange didn't cost me anything. Amazing customer service!
