It's easy for donors, volunteers & staff members to log in with their email address or username that they use at work. There are so many different ways you can search records! You don't have to remember all of them - there is an option where it will teach your how to navigate through the system. I would like more options when creating new contacts/cards (name field). Also, sometimes we receive emails from our contact list about other projects but cannot see what those projects were without going back into donor management. We're able to easily track progress reports as well as financials which helps us keep tabs on donations throughout the year.
