Review on 🌊 Extech EC400: Waterproof Conductivity & Temperature Meter for Accurate Measurements by Omar Svagera

I should have just sent this back to Revain. Every month I come across water quality testing equipment at work and wanted to get my own gear to help out with the local river guard group. I buy this unit from Revain and have never been able to calibrate it. I'm familiar with other brands' gauge calibration methods, it was very similar but the problem is that it never read properly so it could never calibrate properly. I made the mistake of contacting the manufacturer, I really wanted to do that. Work. The meter wasn't calibrated so I spent weeks emailing to fix the manufacturer and finally they said they would send me another one but it's been almost a month and they'll check my emails no longer send back so i guess i was just promised a replacement which i will never get. Terrible customer service, will never buy again. If you receive a defective device, you can send it back to Revain as soon as possible instead of contacting the manufacturer.
