I am giving this product 5 stars because it has achieved my primary goal of stabilizing pockmarks on the windshield in the dead of winter. My main goal was to minimize wiper overuse by filling up most of the "sprocket" on my Ford Fusion's windshield - not necessarily to make the damage go away. I followed directions on a 53 degree day south of St.Louis on December 26th 2020, it was sunny so I wanted to finish the defense before the worst of winter weather hit. 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Then I followed the instructions in the kit. As another customer mentioned, I needed more than just 5 drops of resin, but all other steps were performed flawlessly. Note that as you clean, you are watching the bubbles rise up in the syringe - through the resin - and not from inside the machine. Anyway - this was done yesterday afternoon (3pm CDT) so the UV was very low and I had to abandon the car. at least 40 minutes to ensure the resin has cured. I then removed the excess with a razor blade as directed. Overall, the product performed well despite not being environmentally friendly; it almost completely filled the pockmark. Looking forward to spring and warmer temperatures to make the renovation completely invisible.-jj
